- Stock control
- Taking inventory of the restaurant supply and reporting to superiors
- Ability to work in a small team in a fast-paced environment, taking direction and working under pressure
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work space at all times
- Upholding a professional attitude in the kitchen
- Cooking, plating, and presenting the meals as instructed
- Culinary experience advantageous
- Previous experience in a kitchen
- Previous experience in relevant restaurants
