Kitchen Guard of Greater Seattle is seeking a dependable, hands-on Lead Technician – Hood & Exhaust Cleaning to join our overnight crew. Ideal candidates come from fields like overnight shipping and logistics, pest control, power washing, military logistics, or HVAC.

About the Role

As the Lead Technician, you will oversee job site setup, power washing of commercial kitchen exhaust systems, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems
• Oversee job site setup and takedown
• Perform power washing of kitchen exhausts
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards

Requirements

• Ability to work overnight shifts (8-10 PM check-in, 4-6 AM check-out)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Overnight crew experience preferred but not required
