Responsibilities
Congratulations on joining the Kitchen Tune-Up team! As a Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding homeowners through the design and sale of their dream kitchen. Your expertise in home staging, curb appeal, and value-boosting renovations will be key to helping them make informed decisions.
You'll conduct in-home design consultations using a proven, needs-based sales process, present remodeling solutions with digital design tools and physical samples, prepare and present detailed proposals using our CRM (training provided), guide clients through the selection process with a focus on return on investment and home value enhancement, and collaborate with the installation team for seamless project delivery.
You'll represent our brand at home shows, open houses, and real estate networking events, and maintain contact with past clients for repeat and referral business. You'll also receive ongoing training, ride-alongs, and weekly check-ins.
Qualifications
- Licensed Realtor, real estate agent, or experience in residential property sales
- Understanding of home staging, curb appeal, and value-boosting renovations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy and CRM-capable
- Professional appearance, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license
- Goal-oriented and driven to close high-value deals
Pay
$100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
