Kitchen Designers at The Home Depot help customers turn their kitchen and bath dreams into reality. They greet and engage customers, listen to their needs, and guide them through the design process—offering “good, better, best” options, samples to take home, and expert advice on products, services, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, listening to their needs.
• Guide customers through the design process, presenting “good, better, best” options, providing samples, and offering expert advice on products, services, and installation.
• Use design tools and showroom resources to educate customers, set clear expectations, and deliver tailored solutions for DIYers and professional projects.
• Advocate for customers by highlighting current promotions, financing options, and the advantages of choosing Home Depot over competitors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked showroom to create a welcoming and safe shopping environment.
• Follow up on project statuses, address customer questions, and guide customers through every step of their project.

Qualifications

• Entry‑level (apprentice) experience acceptable.
