Kitchen Custodian (Full Time) (36433)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of specialized areas, including kitchen machinal and spa and casino floor areas.
• Clean and sanitize cook’s line in all food outlets.
• Clean and sanitize all food storage areas as well as shipping/receiving areas.
• Operate and perform preventive maintenance of all heavy cleaning equipment, such as street sweeper, utility carts, power wash, genie lifts, pallet jacks.
• Identify and notify supervisor of any unsafe conditions, machinery requiring attention or repair, and materials and chemicals needing restocking.
• Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must have 5 years of custodial experience, including experience with specialized cleaning equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license from the state of California.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

• Stand, move, and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift.
• Work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Sit for extended periods of time.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment.
• Grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 30 lbs. on an intermittent basis.

PAY RATE

Pay Rate: $18.00 base pay + $2.00 Shift Pay 8 Hours Guaranteed
