Kitchen & Bath Designer (In-Home Sales)

Responsibilities
- Lead in-home sales consultations and guide homeowners through design + investment decisions
- Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions
- Own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement
- Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals
Requirements
- Personally closed $1M+ annually in residential remodeling sales
- Confidence in the home and ability to control a consultation
- Frustration with weak leads, slow internal processes, or capped commissions
- Desire for income to reflect actual performance
Performance-Based Growth
- Clear path to Sales Manager / leadership
- Profit-sharing opportunity after 5 years
Schedule
- 1-2 consultations/day, 5 days per week
- Wednesdays: team meeting + coaching (half day)
- 2 Saturdays/month minimum
- Limited evening appointments
Pay
$150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year (commission-based with bonuses)
