About the role
Join a team dedicated to transforming kitchens and enhancing lives. As a Kitchen Tune-Up franchisee, you’ll own the sales process from initial consultation to final agreement, offering a clear path to advancement.
Responsibilities
- You’ll lead in-home consultations and guide homeowners through design and investment decisions.
- Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions, owning the sale from first appointment to signed agreement.
- Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals.
Requirements
- You’ve personally closed $1M+ annually in remodeling sales.
- You’re confident in the home and skilled at controlling a consultation.
- You’re frustrated by weak leads, slow internal processes, and capped commissions.
Qualifications
- Strong operational support—less back-and-forth, more closing.
- Proven sales process that actually converts.
- Flexible design tools (20/20 Design or similar).
- Pre-qualified, high-intent homeowners.
- No cold calling or retail floor time.
- Efficient scheduling (2 consults/day max).
- Proven success in remodeling sales.

Schedule
1-2 consultations/day, 5 days per week. Wednesdays: team meeting + coaching (half day). 2 Saturdays/month. Limited evening appointments.
