Kitchen Baker

Responsibilities

• Preparation of baked goods for our dining establishments
• Creative food presentation, tray set-up, and plating
• General cleaning duties of area and equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have previous baking experience
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Responsible handling of hot equipment, sharp objects, and navigating wet floors required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs. is required
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours is required
