Responsibilities
- Preparation of baked goods for our dining establishments
- Creative food presentation, tray set-up, and plating
- General cleaning duties of area and equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have previous baking experience
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Responsible handling of hot equipment, sharp objects, and navigating wet floors required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs. is required
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours is required
