Kitchen Associate - Pump & Pantry

About the role

The Pump Kitchen Associate is responsible for providing food service in the Pump & Pantry location with excellent customer satisfaction. For particular locations this may also include Pump Food, Quizno’s, Scoops, Cinnabon, KKC and Little Caesars.

Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Maintains cleanliness of food preparation and serving areas.
• Maintains equipment in good working order.
• Fulfills food preparation requirements according to company standards.
• Maintains food safety protocols.
• Maintains a professional appearance and follows company dress code.
• Ensures customer satisfaction.
• Completes daily prep work and stocking for the next shift.
• Cleans and maintains customer work areas and dining areas.
• (For particular locations) Greets customers, takes orders, prepares food, collects payment, and cleans work areas.

Requirements

• Must have retail or food service experience.
• Must be able to read and follow product specification guidelines.
• Must have a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be flexible and adaptable.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be well groomed and properly attired.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and any shift needed.
• Must have reliable transportation and phone.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
