Kitchen Associate - Pump & Pantry

About the role

The Pump Kitchen Associate is responsible for providing food service in the Pump & Pantry location with excellent customer satisfaction. For particular locations this may also include Pump Food, Quizno’s, Scoops, Cinnabon, KKC and Little Caesars.

Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Maintains cleanliness of food preparation and serving areas.
• Maintains equipment in good working order.
• Fulfills all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Prepares food according to recipes and measures ingredients.
• Maintains food safety standards.
• Maintains a professional appearance and wears the assigned uniform.
• Provides friendly and competent customer service.
• Reports for work on time.
• (For particular locations) Greets customers, takes orders, prepares food, and handles cash transactions.
• (For particular locations) Cleans and maintains work areas and dining areas.
• (For particular locations) Ensures meals are satisfactory to customers.
• (For particular locations) Completes daily prep work and stocking for the next shift.
• (For particular locations) May assist in other duties as assigned.

• Must have retail or food service experience.
• Must be able to read and follow product specification guidelines.

• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and any shift needed.
