Responsibilities

• Clean, by hand or machine: dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks are at the specific requirements for health standards.
• Aid in food preparation, buffet set-up and breakdown, food serving, and food replenishment.
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organized.
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans.
