About the role

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Kitchen Assistant is at the heart of it all. The Kitchen Assistant supports the Bakers, Frosters, and Dishwashers to ensure that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for guests and contributes to superior service by meeting production demands.

Responsibilities

• Supports Bakers, Frosters, and Dishwashers to ensure high‑quality cake production and meet production demands.
• Floats where needed to gain exposure to all Back of House operations and procedures.
• Assists Dishwashers with putting away deliveries and proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Follows proprietary recipes, NbC production methods, and food safety standards to perform repeated production and sanitation processes for cakes of various flavors and sizes.
• Embodies NbC core values and demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency in the workplace.
