Kitchen Assistant - Kroontje - Full-Time Day Shift

About the role

Warm Hearth Village is searching for a dedicated Full Time Kitchen Assistant to join the team at the Kroontje Health Care Center. FREE MEALS EVERY SHIFT YOU WORK!

Responsibilities

• Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner.
• Assure dining room is cleaned and stocked.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and equipment.
• Handle food in a safe and sanitary manner according to local and state guidelines.
• Communicate suggestions from residents to managers.
• Assist in meal preparation.
• Attend in-service trainings and department meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift.

Qualifications

• No previous experience in food service is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• A desire to work as a part of a team.

Schedule

Hiring For Full Time 5:30am to 2:00pm with every other weekend shifts. Expected start date is as soon as possible.

Pay

Starting payrate 14.00 - 15.00 per hour.
