Kitchen Tune-Up

Responsibilities

  • Vehicle and fuel provided for job appointments
  • After 2 month probation period, performance pay
  • Sytems and processes in place
  • Being a leader for the company

  • Promote a customer centric culture of Quality, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Captures and coordinates timely delivery of cabinets and other products
  • Measures for all assigned jobs
  • Responsible for 3-5 projects
  • Able to check all orders and ensure they were ordered correctly
  • Purchases and pays for all assigned jobs
  • Reviews installation details and coordinates job dates with scheduling department, installers, contractors, etc.
  • Arranges for delivery of cabinet and other products to the job site, shop, and coordinates with customers
  • Coordinates final countertop dimensions with the fabricator
  • Inspects the completion of all jobs and forwards information regarding repairs or touch up to Production manager
  • Upholds the quality of work on the jobs
  • Handles job issues with customers, employees, and contractors
  • Responsible for the jobs from start to finish
  • Able to help, teach, and join in on the work if needed
  • Able to problem solve on the job sites
  • Maintains the shop cleanliness and organization
  • Participates jointly with Production Manger in conducting regular operations meetings involving:
    • Potential or existing problems
    • Implementation of new programs or procedures
    • Procedural questions or issues
    • Recognition of good work performance
    • Information on the status of the business
    • Team ideas and suggestions
    • Involvement with Production Manager in hiring of support staff

Qualifications

Applicants should have a strong background in construction and a passion for creating beautiful spaces. Experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling is preferred but not required. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Applicants should also be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
