Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales) - Bloomington

About the role

This is an in-person based position at the ProSource of Bloomington. First-year earnings potential ranges from $55k to $65k, with a base salary plus bonus and commission opportunities. Benefit packages are available. We do not operate under retail hours, offering a great work-life balance with Monday through Friday hours and Saturday by appointment only.

Responsibilities

• Build the business from a large existing customer base while working closely with the sales team
• Work with trade professionals and their clients, designing and quoting cabinetry projects to each client’s specifications
• Design cabinetry using Cyncly Design Flex software
• Quote and manage the full cycle ordering process for all Kitchen, Bath, and other Cabinet products
• Maintain pricing and merchandising for the Kitchen and Bath department
• Assist a sales team in gaining knowledge of Kitchen and Bath products
• Promote our Kitchen and Bath program
• Lead educational events for trade professionals and our sales team

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and selling cabinetry projects
• Minimum of 2 years creating designs with Cyncly Design Flex software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Sales skills and project management experience preferred
• NKBA certification is a plus

Pay

Competitive salary starting at $55k with bonus and commission potential, bringing first-year earnings to $55k–$65k.

Schedule

Monday through Friday with Saturday hours by appointment only.
