Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales of Richelieu’s premium solutions through structured consultative sales discussions.
- Serve as a business advisor towards your clients, enabling them to solve problems and increase business results.
- Build a thriving business of your own by identifying key major account opportunities within the Kitchen & Bath Dealer segment and developing existing relationships.
- Identify and analyze past buying patterns of current accounts, and brainstorm ways to become their stronger, more inclusive supplier.
- Provide a state-of-the-art customer service experience, positioning yourself as their desired one-stop-shop.
- Stay up to date with Richelieu’s product offerings and market conditions, and provide continuous education to your clients.
Requirements
- Successful solutions/consultative-based outside sales experience towards the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
- Passionate, proactive, coachable, strong work ethic.
- Ability to schedule and manage your own time, delivering on the activities that produce results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software an asset.
- University degree preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks.

- Total annual earnings (base pay + commission) potential for the first 1-2 years is estimated to be approximately $70,000-100,000 (with no cap on commissions; total earnings will likely increase over time).
