Kitchen and Bath Dealer- Outside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales of Richelieu’s premium solutions through structured consultative sales discussions.
  • Serve as a business advisor towards your clients, enabling them to solve problems and increase business results.
  • Build a thriving business of your own by identifying key major account opportunities within the Kitchen & Bath Dealer segment and developing existing relationships.
  • Identify and analyze past buying patterns of current accounts, and brainstorm ways to become their stronger, more inclusive supplier.
  • Provide a state-of-the-art customer service experience, positioning yourself as their desired one-stop-shop.
  • Stay up to date with Richelieu’s product offerings and market conditions, and provide continuous education to your clients.

Requirements

  • Successful solutions/consultative-based outside sales experience towards the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
  • Passionate, proactive, coachable, strong work ethic.
  • Ability to schedule and manage your own time, delivering on the activities that produce results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software an asset.
  • University degree preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks.

  • Total annual earnings (base pay + commission) potential for the first 1-2 years is estimated to be approximately $70,000-100,000 (with no cap on commissions; total earnings will likely increase over time).
