We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Use

for headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to extract content. Let's parse posting: - Intro: "What Success Looks Like In This Job Adams County has an opening for a Kinship and Foster Care Certification and Support Caseworker working for the Child, Adult, and Family Services Division." - Description of division: provides assessment etc. - Role description: "The Social Caseworker III- Kinship and Foster Care Certification Caseworker will provide intensive short term, ongoing, or as needed case management services to certified kinship and foster care providers. They will complete home safety assessments... They will also assist with development and ongoing facilitation of kinship and foster care orientation, recruitment, training, and/or kinship and foster care support groups at Adams County. Primary Goal: Act as the primary caseworker for kinship and foster care providers by offering background checks, formal assessments, ongoing supervision, behavioral coaching, and maintaining stability of the placement." - Ideal candidate familiarity with policy, rules, regulations, Volume 7. - Structured Analysis Family Evaluation certification required. - Duties: monthly supervision and assessment, ensuring requirements, providing support. - Communication skills, writing skills, daily use of Trails database system, foster and kinship care policy, rules and regulations, Volume 7 regulations. SAFE training required or must be obtained after hire. - Guiding Principles (maybe part of About the role? Could be separate but not required heading; we can include in About the role as prose.) - Hiring Range = $64,277.61 - $72,930.36/Full Range = $61,805.39 - $89,617.82 - Examples of Duties for Success Required: list of duties. - Qualifications For Success: list of knowledge and abilities. - More Qualifications For Success: hybrid-remote, flexible scheduling, experience, education, license, background check. - Benefits: Regular Full-Time Health (medical, dental, vision) Life/ADD, disability 401a defined benefit plan & 457b deferred compensation plan Vacation and sick Paid holidays/other paid leaves - Pay Range: $64,277.61 - $72,930.36 (already given) - Schedule: Not explicitly given; maybe flexible scheduling options mentioned under More Qualifications For Success: "This role offers both hybrid-remote working arrangements as well as flexible scheduling options." So we can infer schedule: flexible scheduling, hybrid-remote. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So we need sections: About the role (intro + division description + primary goal + guiding principles maybe). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe combine qualifications? The spec says we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate; but we should only include if content. We have Qualifications For Success (knowledge, abilities) and More Qualifications For Success (experience, education, license, background check, hybrid-remote). Could combine into Qualifications section. Or we could have Requirements (maybe mandatory: certification, driver's license, background check) and Qualifications (knowledge, skills). But spec says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. We'll decide to have: - About the role (intro, division description, primary goal, guiding principles) - Responsibilities (list of duties) - Qualifications (knowledge, abilities, experience, education, licensing, background check, hybrid-remote/flexible) - Skills (maybe communication, writing, Trails database, policy knowledge) - Benefits (list) - Pay (range) - Schedule (flexible scheduling, hybrid-remote) We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

This is about application fairness act; maybe considered boilerplate but it's substantive legal compliance. Might keep but it's not about job duties. The spec says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. JAFA is legal but not exactly EEO; still could be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to omit. We'll keep the rest. Skills: Could extract communication, writing, Trails database, policy knowledge, etc. But we already have those in Qualifications. Could still have a Skills section for specific skills: excellent communication
