Kingman Budtender

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.
• Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
• Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
• Open availability: able to work morning and evening shifts and holidays with no restraints on your schedule!
• Must be able to work a MINIMUM of 30 hours each week.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
• Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
• Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
• Able to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Personal smartphone required.

Pay

PAY: $15.50-16/hour + shared tip pool

Schedule

SCHEDULE: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY TO WORK ANY OF THE LISTED SHIFTS BELOW:

• Morning shift 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
• Mid shift 11 am-7 pm
• Closing shift 2:30 pm-10:30 pm (At El Mirage Thursday-Saturday closing shifts 3:30 pm-12:30 am)
