The Inside Account Executive works in a high-volume sales environment utilizing a proven advanced sales strategy. This is a virtual/work-from-home position available anywhere in the country. Uniti requires employees working virtually to maintain a distraction-free workplace with sufficient high-speed internet of 25 MBPS or higher.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls in a fun sales center environment.
• Deliver customized solutions to new and existing customers.
• Update customer accounts through computer-based systems.
• Gain and maintain product and service knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience. College hours or a degree may substitute for some experience.
• Experience with cold calling.
• Desire for high commissions in addition to competitive base pay.
• Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge.

Pay

Competitive base pay with high commission potential. Actual base pay depends on the candidate’s primary work location and relevant skills and experience.
