Primrose School of Florham Park is seeking an Early Childhood Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. This role offers no nights, no weekends, and no lesson planning. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will build trusted relationships with families, provide nurturing care, and help children develop their foundation. Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for kindergarten children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in education required
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred

Pay

$20.00–$24.00 hourly based on education level and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
