About the role

Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives. Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve business processes and systems. Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams on architecture and design best practices. Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines. Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate architectural concepts and gather stakeholder feedback. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on Kinaxis experience, including implementation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes and principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10-15 years of enterprise architecture or related experience.
• Kinaxis experience is mandatory; candidates without Kinaxis experience will not be considered.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
