About the Role

We are looking for an End-to-End (E2E) expert capable of leading large and complex solutions in accordance with architectural standards and scalability. As a Solution Architect, you will act as a trusted business advisor for all levels of stakeholders (including decision-makers) and prove a 360-degree design approach that connects technology strategy with long-term company goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience with deep-level expertise and technology proficiency in distribution requirements planning, manufacturing, production planning, demand management industry role and/or business software consulting role.
• Excellent understanding of one or more manufacturing planning solutions such as Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, APO or IBP, Blue Yonder/JDA, Anaplan etc.
• Strong understanding of entire advanced SCM processes with expert-level specialization in either Demand or Supply domains.
• Strong ownership and passion to learn new concepts and technologies.
• BS/MS/PhD in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Ability to work in remote teams, cooperate with customer stakeholders at executive and junior levels in a corporate hierarchy.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Hands-on experience in software development and consulting mindset.
• Optional: Proven project management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver solutions with added value.
• Optional technical skills such as SQL, R, JavaScript, Python, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design E2E solutions that meet customer and business objectives across multiple IT systems and platforms, considering long-term value, operational sustainability, and scalability.
• Own E2E projects and technical solutions, acting as the Single Point of Contact for large solution portfolios.
• Act as a business trusted advisor for all-level stakeholders, influencing decision-makers and framing solutions in the broader customer value context.
• Lead client workshops and facilitate discussions, aligning stakeholders and driving tangible outcomes.
• Represent expert knowledge of integrated planning, execution, and performance optimization.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities within existing solutions and proactively propose value-added, scalable enhancements.
• Work with and be part of teams in large multinational companies, collaborating with supply chain experts in the analysis and design of requirements.
• Support your domain area across the full application lifecycle.
