As a Senior Manager in our Operations practice, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Your guidance on technology and data analytics will be crucial in creating a connected and agile supply chain network. You will lead large projects, innovate processes, and interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success and providing strategic input into the firm's business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to enhance end-to-end visibility and responsiveness within supply chain networks
  • Utilize supply chain management software to streamline processes and reduce costs
  • Provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create agile supply chain solutions
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster relationships to drive business performance
  • Direct teams through complex supply chain challenges, demonstrating composure in uncertain situations
  • Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain operations
  • Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine strategies and solutions
  • Coach and motivate teams to solve complex problems and achieve operational excellence

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of experience

Qualifications

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing
  • At least one of the following certifications: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in supply chain management software
  • Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives in complex environments
  • Proven ability to innovate processes to enhance operational excellence
  • Strong systems thinking to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Ability to direct teams through ambiguity with composure and clarity

Pay

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
