Kinaxis Architect - Supply Chain Consulting Sr. Manager
As a Senior Manager in our Operations practice, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Your guidance on technology and data analytics will be crucial in creating a connected and agile supply chain network. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while motivating and coaching high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to optimize supply chain operations
- Collaborate with clients to analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness in supply chain networks
- Utilize analytical thinking and operations strategy to drive business performance and streamline processes
- Manage budgetary aspects and cost accounting to support supply chain modernization initiatives
- Guide teams in strategic sourcing and procurement to establish inventory levels and optimize distribution channels
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain management
- Coach and provide feedback to develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of inclusion and professional growth
- Validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback to refine supply chain transformation strategies
- Promote the use of technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

- Advanced skills in supply chain management software
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement processes

Pay
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
