First-Line Supervisory Duties

Provide first-line supervisory duties to the kiln employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the activities of hourly employees to maximize productivity and minimize costs, while maintaining safety and quality.
• Inspect products to verify production specifications are met.
• Train and supervise production personnel and perform other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, forestry or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years' experience of industry experience, at least one (1) of those in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and UltiPro systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must have good organizational and computer skills.
• Must be self-motivated and energetic.
• Willingness to work night shift.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $65,625-$109,375. The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

Schedule

This position is bonus eligible, with a target value of 10% of salary.
