Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for the team, delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Support the achievement of store and individual sales goals while helping to execute both short and long-term business strategies.
• Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, maintain brand image through visual presentation, and ensure a neat and organized environment.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your product knowledge and passion for the Kiehl’s brand.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis (no immigration support/sponsorship offered).
• Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; prior keyholder experience preferred.
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.

Skills

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.

Pay

Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
