A Day in the Life

You will be a vital part of the store leadership team, assisting the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll embody the spirit and heritage of our old-world apothecary, making a real impact in our Costa Mesa community.

Drive Store Success

• Support the achievement of store and individual sales goals
• Help execute both short and long-term business strategies

Manage Operations

• Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain brand image through visual presentation
• Ensure a neat and organized environment

Develop Talent

• Assist in training and onboarding new team members
• Share your product knowledge and passion for the Kiehl’s brand

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service
• Prior keyholder experience is preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• The ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus!

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
