About the Role

As a Kiehl's Keyholder, you will be a vital part of the store leadership team, assisting the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll embody the spirit and heritage of our old-world apothecary, making a real impact in our Houston community.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for the team, delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Support the achievement of store and individual sales goals while helping to execute both short and long-term business strategies.
• Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, maintain brand image through visual presentation, and ensure a neat and organized environment.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your product knowledge and passion for the Kiehl's brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service.
• Prior keyholder experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus!

Pay

Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
