Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Licensed professional in the state where you will be working.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Skills

• Proficiency in using counseling software and tools.
• Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in counseling.
