Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and skill-building soccer sessions for small groups of children
• Encourage participation and ensure that all children feel valued and included
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and participation
• Attend mandatory training sessions and staff meetings to enhance coaching skills and stay updated with program developments

Requirements

• A profound passion for working with children and promoting positive youth development
• Experience in coaching or teaching, particularly in a sports-related environment, is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and fellow staff members
• Availability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and weekends
• Must possess reliable transportation to various coaching locations
