Kids Soccer Coach

About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring their safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and educational soccer activities for children
• Ensure safety for all children during activities
• Use individual attention to help every child succeed
• Employ a non-competitive approach to make classes enjoyable with a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate their successes
• Have a passion for early childhood education or child development
• Enjoy working with children and be open to feedback
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader)
• Enjoys working with children

Qualifications

• New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week
• Earn from $20 per hour up to $25 per hour

Pay

Schedule

• Afternoon shifts available
• Classes run an hour long, typically 2 30-minute sessions each
• Additional morning hours available if interested
• Hours for the morning shift range from 8-15 hours
