About the role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for ages 2–8 with a focus on character development. No soccer experience is required. The caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. This is not a seasonal position; candidates must be available year-round. Sessions run Monday through Sunday, with coaches able to work weekends only and potentially add weekday sessions.

Pay

Starting at $25/hour after completing the paid training program, with the opportunity to earn up to $30/hour through advancement.

Requirements

• Experience working with groups of children
• High-energy, outgoing, and positive personality
• Valid driver's license and access to a car during working hours
• Interest in flexible scheduling in a part-time position
• Availability for at least one weekend morning per season
• Year-round availability (this is not a seasonal position)

Responsibilities

• View and print attendance for the day's sessions
• Wear uniform and maintain neat, professional appearance
• Arrive 15–30 minutes before session begins
• Greet families and children
• Teach the week's curriculum in each 30–45 minute session
• Lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Connect with children on an individual level
• Update attendance online after completing the day's sessions

Schedule

Weekend availability required: Saturday & Sunday AM (8 AM–12 PM) and/or Saturday PM (3–5 PM). Additional weekday hours may become available, but candidates must have weekend availability. Year-round commitment required; this is not a seasonal position.
