Kids Programming Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Kids Programming Coordinator to design and deliver a comprehensive, county-wide curriculum. In this vital role, you will manage program logistics, foster community partnerships, and lead a team of instructors to ensure all offerings uphold the county's core philosophy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead youth classes firsthand and design an engaging, county-wide curriculum tailored for preschool, elementary, and family events.
• Recruit, interview, train, and regularly observe instructors to ensure they follow policy, procedures, and the county’s philosophy.
• Secure appropriate program locations, maintain positive relationships with on-site staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for supervisors, instructors, and parents.
• Cook up supply distribution to instructors, manage upcoming class information for public program guides, and efficiently resolve any problems that arise with staff, parents, or participants.
