About the role

Teach gymnastics-based classes using The Little Gym's proven curriculum (we'll train you, don't worry!). Create a warm, energetic environment where every child feels seen, celebrated, and challenged. Treat each class like it's every kid's first day because to them, the magic never gets old. Deliver the kind of member experience that makes families feel like they belong here because they do.

Requirements

• Kids love you and their parents do too
• You love having fun but know when to buckle down and get to work
• Giving high fives, acting like a dinosaur, and cheering a toddler through a somersault genuinely makes your day
• Making others feel good is what drives you
• You were probably voted most likely to be in a good mood and you've lived up to it
• A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus, but your energy and heart matter most
