Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Engage with children and their families in a positive and supportive manner
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for all participants
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Passion for working with children and fostering their confidence and development
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a cheerful demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful but not required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
