Children's Fitness Instructor

About the role

The Little Gym is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This position offers a unique blend of fun and responsibility, where you can make a difference in children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience. Treat our members like family!
• Keep our gym and lobby area clean and disinfected at all times.
• Party like a Rockstar... host parties late night (or like 6-10pm, but who’s counting?) with awesome kids while their parents get some adult time.
• Love celebrating kids' success and be open to being a goofball.
• Make others feel good, and enjoy making a difference.
• Build relationships with kids and their families, knowing these relationships last a lifetime.
• Motivate kids to be more confident after each class.
• Move all day long, getting your steps in and closing your activity rings.

Requirements

• You're totally open to being a goofball and love celebrating kid's success.
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work.
• You could get paid to fold t-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours.
