Description / Minimum Qualification
- Assist in developing programs which provide daily activities for children ages 4-12 enhancing their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Provide a safe and caring environment through the provision of a daily variety of materials/activities including games, art & craft projects, physical activities, and snacks.
- Keep records and documentation of program activities and evaluations.
- Evaluate the program and assist in its development.
- Develop a positive working relationship with elementary building staff and parents.
- Communicate with parents, building staff, and Kids Connection Supervisor.
- Working knowledge of child development.
- Experience working with children in an unstructured environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Innovative and self-disciplined.
- Positive disciplinarian and mature judgment.
- Able to assist in planning and executing recreational activities.
- Flexible individual who is creative and reliable.
Pay
- $17.98 per hour.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- Split Shift
- 6:30 - 8:30 am & 3:00 - 6:00 pm
