Kids Connection / Care Giver

Description / Minimum Qualification Assist in developing programs which provide daily activities for children ages 4-12 which will enhance and enrich their physical, social, emotional and intellectual development and provide a safe and caring environment.Assist in planning and providing a daily variety of materials/activities including games, art & craft projects, physical activities, snacks.Assist in keeping records and documentation.Assist in evaluating the program.Assist in the development of a positive working relationship with elementary building staff and parents.Communicate with parents, building staff and Kids Connection Supervisor.Working knowledge of child developmentExperience working with children in an unstructured environmentStrong organizational skillsInnovative and self-disciplinedPositive disciplinarian and mature judgmentAbility to assist in planning and executing recreational activitiesFlexible individual who is creative and reliable Salary & Schedule Monday - Friday Split Shift6:30 - 8:30 am & 3:00 - 6:00 pm$17.98 Per HourMedical, Dental and Vision Benefits (Single Enrollment)
