About the role

We are looking for a Kids Club Attendant who enjoys working in a team environment, delivering extraordinary guest service, and engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Leads and helps run Friday Night Kids Club each Friday evening and for additional Member Events as needed.
• Executes planned activities for each Kids Club.
• Assists with set up and tear down for Kids Club.
• Helps run activities for larger family functions such as Memorial Day, Christmas programming, Easter Events, and more.
• Works closely with the team to run well-organized and memorable events for our members.
• Provides great guest service to our membership at all times.
• Engages with children in a fun yet structured manner, understanding the importance of rules, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrates patience, energy, and passion while working events and camps.
• Available to work on weekends and evenings.

Requirements

• Current CPR & First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to effectively respond to feedback and suggestions to continuously improve services provided to members.
• Previous experience in a child/youth setting and/or guest service is preferred.

Pay

USD $12.00 - USD $15.00 per hour.
