About the Role
We’re hiring dependable, friendly Sales Associates (part-time and full-time) to join the team at our Kid to Kid Short Pump location. At Kid to Kid, we focus on sustainable fashion, upcycling, and helping the environment. Every day, we help families meet their budget and support their growing kids with clothes and toys that help them feel confident.
When you join a Kid to Kid location operated by Summit Recommerce Group (SRG), you'll be part of a larger network. SRG is the largest multi-unit group in the Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate systems, operating nearly 30 locations across six states. Our leadership, founded by someone who grew up in the business, understands retail from the inside out and supports our teams with a corporate infrastructure but without a corporate feel.
Responsibilities
- Be helpful and friendly to customers—our store vibe is everything.
- Organize racks, tag, and hang up clothing.
- Test toys and assemble equipment.
- Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us.
- Help make posts on our social media pages.
- Merchandise, organize toy and shoe sections, and make the store look inviting.
