About the role

As a Part-Time Soccer Coach & Entertainer, you’ll lead 30-minute sessions for kids ages 18 months to 8 years, blending soccer, education, and fun. You’ll engage children individually, teach weekly curricula focused on skill and character development, and create a positive experience for families. Classes are held indoors or outdoors with up to 12 children (7 for 18–24-month groups).

Responsibilities

• Safely lead and manage classes of up to 12 children (ages 18 months–8 years).
• Study and teach the week’s curriculum, focusing on skill and character development.
• Engage all children at an individual level.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before class start time.
• Provide a positive customer experience to families and faculty.
• Maintain and care for assigned coaching equipment.
• Manage class rosters and provide post-session feedback.
• Communicate with management in a timely manner.
• Participate in required trainings.

Requirements

• Availability on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays (additional dates may be available).
• Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through sports and fitness.
• Entertainment experience (acting, theater, etc.)—ability to bring fun and positive energy to classes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Successful passing of a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Animated and energetic personality; ability to engage children and be silly with them.
• Ability to coach indoors or outdoors in various environments and noise levels.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on family and safety.

Pay

$20.00 per hour during training, increasing to $25 per hour after completing the paid training program. Opportunity to earn up to $30 per hour through advancement.
