The Job
- Safely lead and manage classes of up to 12 children (ages range from 18 months - 2 yrs old)
- Engage all children at an individual level
- Study and teach the week's curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
- Arrive at least 15-minutes before start time at your locations
- Provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
- Maintain and care for the assigned coaching equipment
- Manage your assigned class rosters
- Provide post-session feedback
- Communicate with management in a timely manner
- Participate and complete the required trainings
- Have fun while making a positive impact
Requirements
- Availability: Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday
- Prior soccer experience is not required
- Entertainment experience (acting, theater, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Successful passing of background check
- Reliable transportation
- An animated and energetic personality; ability to engage children and be silly with them
- Ability to coach indoors or outdoors (weather permitting) and in environments with various noise levels and elements
- Great customer service skills, family and safety first
