Retail Event Marketer ($18hr)

Earn full-time pay working part-time hours! LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking part-time retail marketers for immediate hire. Selected applicants work on-site at a variety of retail stores; hours and days vary, and weekend availability is a must. Paid weekly.

About the role

The Retail Marketer attends pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generates leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision while keeping the manager informed
• Meet predetermined performance goals
• Generate high-quality leads for industry-leading products

Requirements

• Willing to work weekday evenings (Monday–Thursday)
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Smartphone required
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about the product
• High level of energy and engagement for long periods
• Ability to utilize proven system to generate leads for #1 rated product

Pay

• $18/hour base plus commission
• Commission opportunities allow motivated marketers to earn $25+/hour
• Compensation increases based on performance
• Paid weekly (every Friday)
