About the role

Pay

$18.00 - $19.00 hourly

Commission potential (paid bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise):

  • Exempt: $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold, and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold.
  • Non-Exempt: $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold, and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold.

Part-time employees

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of age.
  • Available to work various shifts.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure kids’ safety while allowing them freedom to play.
  • Cross-training in various positions to provide exceptional service.

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

  • Lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shifts.
  • Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts.
  • Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers.
  • Work in an environment with flashing/flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
