About the role

Pay

$18.00 - $19.00 hourly

Commission potential (paid bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise):

Exempt: $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold, and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold.
Non-Exempt: $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold, and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold.

Part-time employees

Requirements

At least 15 years of age.
Available to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

Ensure kids’ safety while allowing them freedom to play.
Cross-training in various positions to provide exceptional service.

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

Lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shifts.
Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts.
Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers.
Work in an environment with flashing/flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
