About the role

This position is available at Chuck E. Cheese locations and involves working with guests and providing excellent customer service. The role is flexible and can accommodate various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns
• Manage the checkout process for memberships and Fun Passes
• Support the team in providing exceptional service
• Adhere to health and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years old
• Excellent customer service skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat for extended periods

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $16.90 - $17.90
• Commission potential: $0.50 - $10.00 for each Membership sold, and $0.15 - $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold
