What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor to customers and industry partners.
- Create and present comprehensive architectural wall solutions tailored to client needs.
- Create and execute strategic business development plans that expand market share and generate revenue growth.
- Identify, target, and cultivate relationships within key accounts across the territory.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, end users, general contractors, and subcontractors to drive project success.
- Represent KI at industry events, trade associations, networking functions, and design and construction community activities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities using CRM tools.
- Partner closely with estimators, project coordinators, designers, project managers, and sales team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Partner closely with internal teams to lead product presentations, educational sessions, and specification efforts to help secure projects and drive sales.
- Support projects from concept through installation to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
What You Need To Succeed
- Experience selling movable wall systems, demountable wall systems, architectural products, industrial partitions, or related commercial construction solutions preferred.
- Strong understanding of the architecture, design, and construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Prominent business development skills and a track record of building strong customer relationships.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with the vision to develop innovative space solutions that meet customer needs.
- Existing relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, and industry influencers within the Georgia market are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
