What You'll Do

  • Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor to customers and industry partners.
  • Create and present comprehensive architectural wall solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Create and execute strategic business development plans that expand market share and generate revenue growth.
  • Identify, target, and cultivate relationships within key accounts across the territory.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, end users, general contractors, and subcontractors to drive project success.
  • Represent KI at industry events, trade associations, networking functions, and design and construction community activities.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Partner closely with estimators, project coordinators, designers, project managers, and sales team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to serve as the regional subject matter expert for architectural wall products.
  • Lead product presentations, educational sessions, and specification efforts to help secure projects and drive sales.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for architectural wall products by providing training, guidance, and support to internal teams.
  • Support projects from concept through installation to ensure successful outcomes for customers.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Experience selling movable wall systems, demountable wall systems, architectural products, industrial partitions, or related commercial construction solutions preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the architecture, design, and construction industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Proven business development skills and a track record of building strong customer relationships.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with the vision to develop innovative space solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Existing relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, and industry influencers within the Georgia market are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
