Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Ensure food safety and comply with all health regulations.
• Operate restaurant equipment safely and efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching programs.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but background in customer service, food handling, cash handling, safety standards, or fast-food is a plus.
• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with skill and experience, with the exact amount varying based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected starting compensation range for new hires in this position is $15.00 per hour - $16.50 per hour.
