About the role

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Follow food safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.
• Operate restaurant equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support other Team Members and managers as needed.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but background in customer service, food handling, cash handling, safety standards, or fast-food is a plus.
• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using a POS system).
• Food safety knowledge.
