As a Shift Manager at KBP Foods KFC, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service at one of our bustling locations. Your role is pivotal in upholding operational excellence and contributing to KFC's renowned legacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure smooth operations and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen operations efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the restaurant's finances.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Contribute to the overall success of the KFC brand.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Schedule

Shifts are typically from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Saturday, with potential for evening and weekend work.
