About the role
As a Shift Manager at KBP Foods KFC franchise, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service at one of our bustling locations. Your role is pivotal in upholding operational excellence and contributing to KFC's renowned legacy.Responsibilities
- Lead a team of associates to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and menu preparation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
